Say hello

We love hearing from readers. Whether you’re preparing a talk, looking for a template, or have a suggestion for an article, this page explains how to get in touch and what to expect. The more context you share, the better we can help.

How to get the fastest, most useful reply

Share three details: your audience (who they are and what they value), your outcome (what you want them to do), and your constraint (date, time, or format). Add a link to slides or an outline if you have one. With that context, we can recommend a concrete next step you can apply today.

Response times

We typically reply within 2–3 business days. If your talk is within 72 hours, include the word “URGENT” in your subject and your date; we’ll do our best to prioritize a quick checklist you can apply immediately.

What we can help with

• Turning a rough idea into a MAP outline (Message, Audience, Path).
• Polishing an opener and close.
• Simplifying slides and choosing visual proof.
• Designing a rehearsal loop for the time you actually have.
• Handling tricky Q&A scenarios.

FAQs

Can you review my slides? We can offer general guidance and a short checklist. For privacy and scope reasons, we don’t provide comprehensive slide edits via email.

Do you do 1:1 coaching? We occasionally take on short coaching engagements focused on structure and delivery. If interested, describe your timeline and goals and we’ll let you know if we have availability.

How do you handle accessibility? We prioritize readable type, strong contrast, and clear structure. When we share templates, we aim for basic accessibility standards and provide tips for alt text and captioning.

Do you accept guest posts? We welcome practical, testable pieces. Share a pitch containing the outcome you want for readers, a rough outline, and two examples of your writing.

Communication guidelines

Be specific, be kind, and respect privacy. We redact sensitive details before we share anonymized examples in future guides. If you prefer not to be quoted—even anonymously—tell us up front.

Privacy

We treat your materials as confidential and do not share decks or recordings outside of our small editorial team. If we want to reference a pattern from your question in an article, we’ll abstract details and ask permission where appropriate.

Alternate channels

If the form doesn’t work for you, you can reach us via email at hello [at] consonantlyspeaking [dot] com. For quick questions, we occasionally post office hours; when available, we’ll list them on the Blog page. We currently do not operate public social accounts to keep support focused and manageable.

Before you write

Skim the Tips and Blog pages for checklists and templates. If you’re on a deadline, use the 45‑minute prep plan first, then send us your specific roadblock. You might not need help after the first sprint; if you do, your question will be sharper and easier to answer.

Parting encouragement

Most people don’t need a personality transplant to speak well. They need a reliable process and a few moves they trust. We’re here to help you find yours—one small improvement at a time.

Practical note for hosts

If you’re organizing an event, clear communication starts with a clear space. Make sure presenters have water, working clickers, and a quiet setup area. If you’re in the Greenville area and need last‑minute help decluttering a venue or office, the Business of the Month linked in the footer offers fast, professional service with same‑day options.
